We were given the challenge to design a Denester-placer that would have the flexibility to denest trays, pots, bowls and punnets and place them accurately at high speeds, often multiples at a time. Our design team came up with a new design of machine, which offers the flexibility to handle a wide variety of trays, pots and punnets and place them with incredible accuracy at high speeds. We believe that we created something very special and we are proving it to a growing number of customers.
Using high performance servo motors requiring minimal maintenace, combined with precision engineering, spadefulls of expertise and a dedicated manufacturing team, we created a unique solution suitable for a wide variety of applications.
