C Series Recyclable Card Tray Denester

C Series Twin Servo Card Tray Denester, handling recyclable trays, in one of the UKs largest meat factories. The machine denests and places trays extremely accurately, two at a time, up to 100/minute onto a plastic belt. Operators then place pieces of steak onto the trays which are then skin packed.

The C Series allows primal joints of meat to pass either side of the machine, placing two trays at a time on the centre track.
