Machine status indication made very clear!
As part of our new RT Series Tip-on sachet application line, we have incorporated a simple but very useful feature.
Most machines typically have a stack light or tower lamp, or at least some kind of light to indicate what the machine status is.
We have taken this one step further on our new RT Series sachet tip-on system and fitted internal LED lights to the machine which change colour dependant on the machine status
Disco music optional!!!
This makes it totally clear that the machine continues to run well, or if an operator intervention is required
The RT Series automatically places a flat card using our high speed R Series Servo Rotary pick and place Card feeder.
After applying hot melt glue, a second R Series feeder applies a sachet/blister or whatever you require.
We then fold the pre-scored cards to form a “wallet” or folder and apply a tamper evident label before shingle stacking them to be loaded to shippers
Full height heavy duty macralon and stainless steel guard doors give total visibility of what’s happening inside the line including total visibility of the elctrical panel including all its electrickery!
Our electricians had a bit of fun programming the machine colours, hankering back to the 80s!
