Family owned, traditional manufacturer of Soda Bread John McCambridge was looking for a supplier who could provide a Tray Denester to handle both plastic and card trays.

When Malcolm McCambridge, left Galway in the West of Ireland to open his own bakery in Ranelagh Dublin in 1945. he brought a secret with him. The recipe for the now famous ‘McCambridge Irish Stoneground Wholewheat Bread.’

 “Just to add a degree of complexity, the machine was completed during the first spell of “lock-down” due to Covid, so we had to commission the machine ourselves, which I am pleased to say was a straightforward excercise.”

“Because the installation went so well, we ordered a second machine which, yes you have guessed it, was completed during the second spell of lockdown!!!”
