Partners in Packaging’s designers have created a range of denesting and card feeding solutions, with specification options to cater for the majority of applications presented to us. The innovative approach to both mechanical and electrical design using the latest servo control technology, combined with machines that are simple and easy to size change, with minimal maintenance, make our solutions some of the best in the world.

Build Quality

We have developed strategic partnerships with a number of local companies and having produced 3D drawings of each and every mechanical part required, they produce the finest quality laser cut, machined, fabricated and polished components that we then use to build our machines. Combined with the best quality commercially available components, our trained craftsmen assemble the machines, and set them up for testing and commissioning in our factory prior to delivery to the customer, where they are then put on line.

Cost of ownership

We established many years ago, that reliability and cost of ownership are key factors in the decision making process of customers when buying machines. That is probably why, over 75% of our business has been repeat business over the past 10 years. Our spares business is minimal because quite simply, our machines require very little attention or maintenance. We are adding more major groups to our growing list of long term customers, who have added us to their preferred suppliers list.

Support

Our reputation for aftersales support is excellent. Because we manufacture the machines here in the UK, we can send a factory based engineer, who has often built your machine. He then has first hand knowledge which can be passed directly back to the design team for continuous improvement.
