The new iSeries Tray Denester is designed specifically to denest trays with soak pads/peach pads and rigid trays which require a positive separation process

Controlled during the denesting process on all four flanges the iSeries uses positive blade separation technology which inserts reciprocating blades in between the tray flanges to pull them apart.

The iSeries requires no change parts and has a big size range to suit different tray sizes.

Equipped with belt driven bulk storage for trays, the iSeries has high capacity magazines to reduce the amount of times to load trays, and using the latest servo drive technology, together with a large touch screen HMI, the machine can be easily configured to suit specific requirements.

All of our Tray denesters are available in full washdown execution, and are available with aftersales preventative maintenance packages.
