The A Series denester / placer is a flexible intermittent motion machine available in single or multiple magazines, in standard widths from 650 to 1,300mm wide.
Capable of handling a wide variety of materials and tray depths and types from flat cards, foil, card, pulp and plastic trays, the A Series is designed for maximum flexibility working in 24 hour production environments. Built in stainless steel execution with a heavy duty stand it is designed to place varying depths of trays and lids onto belt conveyors, flowrapper infeeds, platen style conveyors and can be mounted either over and in-line with the production process or perpendicular to the direction of travel. Equipped with our robust but lightweight factory set format change masks, the A Series is designed to be size changed in minutes by trained operators.
